iGNiTE is a process is one that can be hard to define. In a nutshell it is a programme of creative workshops that challenges young people to answer the important questions in life - Who am I? Where am I? What are my hopes and dreams? The participants respond by expressing their answers through the arts, for example filmmaking, photography, drama, music, dance and art. This process enables participants to grow in confidence and helps them find their voice in society. iGNiTE started three years ago and has since developed beyond any of our expectations. We have developed an iGNiTE Learning-Through-Doing training programme which equips, motivates and develops creative abilities plus it prepares people to lead work as part of a team.

iGNiTE is typically a three day workshop but can be done in a day or over several weeks. We can tailor a package that would best suit your needs.
